This wedding is one for the record books.
These two went to college together (but have no memory of meeting), attended the same Christmas parties (but no sparks flew), and carpooled to a wedding together (but alas, nothing).
But then. Oh, but then.
In the middle of the night, in the midst of an epic road trip through the US, Erica saw Andrew's Facebook status where he was posting sections of his online dating profile for laughs. She took the plunge and messaged him.
He messaged back. This continued until she returned to Seattle and they went on their first date.
That was last summer.
This summer, he marched down the aisle to the Imperial March. She brewed the beer for their reception. They decided to merge their ceremony and reception together - munching on BBQ chicken and mac + cheese before their vows, and refreshing their drinks before exchanging rings. They danced to a group sing-along of Hey Ho, and spent the remainder of the evening laughing with the face painter and smiling for the caricaturist. And then they drove off into the night in his Dad's beautiful red Stingray.
Hold on to your hats, kids. This is going to be a long one.
Andrew + Erica, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking us along for the ride.
